Yummy Oatmeal with Greek Yogurt and Blueberry Jam



I pulled out THE BEST article from Real Simple on 10 different ways to serve Oatmeal.  It has apermanent home on the side of my fridge.  I was thrilled to change up my normal cinnamon and honey oatmeal and get creative.  This is the only one I have tried so far, but it is sooooo good, the kids and hubby LOVE it and so do I!  Had to share :)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats per person
Water
Coconut oil
Blueberry/Raspberry Jam
Plain Greek yogurt

Recipe:

Cook oatmeal on stovetop per directions on container.  While cooking add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil to each bowl, top with hot, cooked oats.  Serve with a dollop (about 1/4 cup) of Greek yogurt and 2 Tablespoons of jam, and enjoy!
