Dinner Menus for Spring

Monday - Bacon Macaroni & Cheese & Broccoli (This was on the menu for last week, but we ended up going out, so I moved it to this week )

Tuesday - Filipino style Chicken with sauteed veggies and rice noodles

Wednesday - Taco Salad with Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Thursday - Fried Fish & Chips with Coleslaw

Friday - Out to eat

Saturday - Potato Gnocchi with a Creamy Parmesan - Tomato sauce & Salad

Sunday - Mushroom & Sun-dried Tomato Frittata with Fruit Salad
