Dinner Menu for a Winter Week

Monday- Chicken Curry in a Hurry

Tuesday- Lemon Buttered Perch, Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Ceasar Salad

Wednesday- Brown Rice Noodle Spaghetti with Homemade Sauce, Gluten-free Popovers (new recipe!), Garlic Steamed Broccoli

Thursday- Chicken Noodle Soup with Brown Rice Noodles & Gluten-free Corn Bread

Friday- Pizza night!  (Gluten free crust of course)

Saturday- Chicken Quesadillas with Corn Tortillas, Homemade Tortilla Chips, Salsa & Guacamole

Sunday- Fried Fish, Sweet Potato Fries, Steamed Green Beans
