So our dinner plates were yummy and healthy and looked like this:
Chicken Parmesan, Garlic Quinoa, Steamed Broccoli
But my stove top looked like this:
If only eating healthy didn't require the use of so many dishes! That said, I am however thankful for physical health and the ability to cook wholesome meals, for kids and hubby that will eat them, clean water, abundance of pots and pans and financial provision to be able to buy good food any time, what a blessing!
